Working with Jessica has been truly transformative for me. Coming in, I didn’t know what to expect or how to get to the point of exploring my innermost self. I was held in a supportive space until I was ready to let my guard down, but I knew even from week one that I was safe to be myself. Jessica was so empathetic and patient with me, and as time went on, she enabled me to find the confidence to really start exploring aspects of myself I had previously been too ashamed to unbox. I never once doubted that I was being listened to deeply or that she had my best interests at heart, and it was this confidence in her nurturing, caring energy that allowed self-discovery to start flowing. The trust I gained thanks to her kindness allowed me to be receptive to gentle challenges to my narrative or perspectives, challenges which really liberated me from harsh self-talk and unrealistic standards. My time working with Jessica has allowed me to see my history for what it is, and understand where my behaviours have come from, and what is within my reach to change and improve. I am really grateful for the time we have spent together, I have much more clarity and balance in my self-understanding thanks to who she is and what she has been able to bring to our sessions.

I’ve worked with Jessica for a year and worked through some very transitional life changes during our time together, I look forward to my next session as soon as the previous one ends, even when I’ve little to say or mountains to dismantle.

The environment nurtured and brought by Jess creates a sense of openness, comfort and safety where anything can be shared and every thought counts. I don’t know where I would be without my sessions but I do know I would not be the person I am today or know and understand myself as deeply as I’ve come to.
